This page sets forth the terms and conditions under which the information is given; on this site as well as the terms and conditions governing your use of this site. By accessing this site, you have agreed to the terms and conditions; we have outlined below these terms and conditions constitute your binding obligations towards Travel Heights. If you do not accept these terms and conditions, do not continue to use or access this site. For the purpose of the User Agreement, 'You' shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a member of the site by registering on the site and accepting this electronic version / electronic record of the User Agreement.
Use of the Website is available only to persons who can form legally binding contracts.
Travel Heights grants you a limited, non-transferable license to use this site in accordance with the terms and conditions of this User Agreement. You may only use this site to make legitimate reservations or purchases and not use this site for any other purposes, including no limitation to make any speculative, false or fraudulent reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand. You shall not make a reservation in the name of a fictitious person.
You agree that you will not use any device, software, or routine that would interfere or be reasonably expected to interfere with the normal working of this site. You agree that you shall not take any action that imposes a burden or load on our infrastructure that Travel Heights deems in its sole discretion to be unreasonable or disproportionate to the benefits obtained from your use of the site.
You are prohibited to post or transmit any unlawful threatening; that is libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic, or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage acts or omissions that would amount to a criminal offense or attempt to commit a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law. In addition, you are not allowed to post or transmit any information:
(a) Infringes the rights of others or violates their privacy or publicity rights,
(b) Is protected by patent, copyright, trademark, or other proprietary rights, unless with the expression of written permission of the owner of such rights,
(c) Contains a virus, bug, worm, or other harmful item or program that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept and/or expropriate any system, data, or important information
(d) Create any liability for us or cause us to lose (fully or partially) the services of our ISPs or other suppliers
(e) Is used to unlawfully collude against another person in restraint of trade or competition. You shall be solely liable for any damages resulting from any infringement of copyright, trademark, proprietary rights, or any other harm resulting from your use of this site.
If you use this site, you alone are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities under your account or password. You represent that you are of age prescribed by law to be eligible to enter into a contract and use this to create binding reciprocal legal obligations are capable and willing to discharge any liability you may incur as a result of the use of this site. You understand that you are financially responsible for all things on this site by you and those using your login information.
Data may be removed at any point of time from the database or marketing activity if requested. We have legitimate reasons to keep information about the booking, but we will remove all connections with the client from the booking.
A binding contract between us comes into existence when we dispatch our confirmation invoice to the party leader. This contract and all matters arising out of it, are governed by English law. We both agree that any dispute claim or in connection with this contract or your booking will be dealt with by the Courts of England and Wales only unless, in the case of Court proceedings, you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information provided on this site. Under no circumstances will Travel Heights be liable for any loss or direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages caused by reliance on this information. The information on this site may be changed or updated without notice. We may also make improvements or changes in the products, services, and/or programs described on this site at any time without prior notice.
Information concerning us, or any of our subsidiaries, their employees, customers, agents, suppliers, franchisees, affiliates, or others on whom data is collected, stored, or processed is the property of Travel Heights. It is also confidential except for the necessary disclosures required by law.

None of the information on this website should be viewed as an offer to sell or as a solicitation; to purchase any of our products or services. The information on our products and services is provided to you so you can learn what products we offer. The products and service statements; on this site are for general description only. 1. We advise every client to be travel aware. Before making reservations, please consult the travel advice issued by the government of your home jurisdiction, the government that issued the passport and/or visa you intend to travel under, and the government of your destination. Kindly refer to the Foreign & Commonwealth Office's advice on staying safe and healthy on your trip.
2. If the Foreign Office advises that people should not visit a particular country, we will act on this advice.
3. You must check the details on your Confirmation Invoice when you receive it. If there is any problem, you should contact us or your travel advisor for solution.
(A) Made by Passenger - Although we will make every effort to assist you if you wish to alter your arrangements, its not possible to do the same every time. Requests for an amendment must be in writing and signed by the person who made the initial payment. If it is possible to make any amendments or changes; it will be subject to amendment charges per booking, with all communication charges or other expenses incurred by the Company as a result of the change. The charges will be applicable regardless of the succession in making alterations. Scheduled airlines normally regard name changes as a cancellation and rebooking, and any alteration may incur a 100% cancellation charge in respect of the airfare.
(B) Made by Company - We take great care while making the booking to ensure the description and prices listed on our website are correct at the time of the booking. We have mentioned that the prices are subject to change due to the exchange rate and fluctuation in the airfares. We reserve the right to change any of the details, including prices, in which case we will advise you before accepting your booking. If there will be any change in the flight schedule, destination airport, change of destination, or a change to lower standard accommodation, we will inform you.
(C) Forge Majeure - If you cancel and receive a full refund following a material change made for any reason other than force majeure or low bookings. You will receive the following compensation calculated; according to the number of days before departure that you get notified of the change. Force majeure means unusual and unforeseeable circumstances beyond the Companies control or the control of our suppliers. The consequence which neither the Company nor its Suppliers could avoid even with all due care, including, but not limited to, war, the threat of war, riot, civil strife, terrorist activity (actual or threatened), industrial dispute, unavoidable technical problems with transport, machinery or equipment, power failure, changes imposed by rescheduling or cancellation of flights by an airline, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, flood, drought, adverse weather conditions, epidemics or outbreaks of illness and level of water in rivers.
Many airfares require instant purchase and are non-refundable. No refund can be made for non-refundable airfares. As each airline’s cancellation conditions vary; details should be requested at the time of booking.
For every reservation and booking made by the customer, the generation of e-tickets takes place. The tickets reach the passenger through their electronic mail on the passenger's email id provided to us by the passenger at the time of the booking.
To secure your booking, we require a minimum deposit of 20% of the total booking cost or such other amount as advised by the Company. If you are booking within 60 days of departure, then full payment is required at the time of booking. Payments can be made; by both credit or debit cards. All online payments that happen for any of the products booked via our website are secure. We do not store credit/debit/forex card details; of any customers in their database or any data backup system or retrieval systems. Once you are ready for the transaction, the payment gateway will be opened; as the next step. You fail to pay the balance of your flight booking at least 60 days before departure. The Company will treat your booking as canceled and levy the cancellation charges
If we do not accept your booking, your deposit will be refunded, it will be notified of these requirements before you pay your deposit.
If the booking; cannot be processed by the Company due to Force Majeure or Vis Majeure. The Company shall not be responsible for providing any refund to you. However, at its sole discretion, the Company gives a refund based on various factors like the number of participants, the cancellation policies of airlines, etc. the decision of the Company on the quantum of refund shall be final.
It would take at least 45 days to process the refund (if due).
You have read the Privacy Policy, the terms of which are incorporated here, and agree that the terms of such policy are reasonable. We try to maintain the privacy of the personal information provided by you. However, it would be necessary for us to share this information with Consulates, Embassies, and Airlines.
We would also be constrained to disclose such information if we receive an order of the court, a requisition from any government or statutory authority, a subpoena, or under any law, rules, or regulations, such disclosure becomes necessary. The Company reserves the right to track usage statistics. We prompt all its users to register online so that we can send you updates and information on travel promotions. You consent to the use of your personal information by Travel Heights, where it is an associate and group company, and/or its third-party providers and distributors in accordance with the terms of and for the purposes outlined in the Privacy Policy.
In case your payment gets delayed after confirming the booking or a decline in fares is not guaranteed & a minimum of $100 or higher cancellation fee may apply as per the fare rules.
We may terminate this User Agreement and these terms and conditions. Any improper use of this site or your failure to comply with these terms and conditions leads to termination. Such termination shall not affect any right to relief to which Travel Heights and its third-party providers and distributors may be entitled, at law or in equity.
Upon termination of this User Agreement and these terms and conditions, all rights granted to you will terminate and revert to us and its third-party providers or distributors, as applicable. If any clause of the User Agreement shall be deemed invalid, void, or unenforceable, such clause shall be deemed severable. It will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining part of the User Agreement.
Please note that in case of special offers, promotions or schemes additional terms and conditions of these offers, promotions or schemes will be applicable in addition to these terms and conditions. You might have to adhere to the payment schedule prescribed under such offers, promotions or schemes in order to be eligible to avail benefits under such offers, promotions or schemes. If you fail to make the payment by the due date or do not comply with all the terms and conditions of the offer, promotion or scheme you would not be entitled to receive the benefit under such offer, promotion or scheme.
The passenger should acquire adequate insurance cover to secure their life Health and property. You should purchase an Overseas Medi-claim and other Insurance Policies to cover the risk to life, limb, and property on tour from the insurance company.
